You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Traction Automotive Ltd. This page explains what data we hold, what happens when you request deletion, and how to make that request.
If you would like to request deletion of your data associated with Traction Demand or Traction Perform, please follow the instructions below.
What data we hold
When you use Traction Demand or Traction Perform, we may store the following data about you:
- Your name and email address
- Your business profile and onboarding information
- Content you have created within the app, such as social media posts and marketing assets
- Your Facebook page connection details, including your page access token
- App usage and activity data
What happens when you request deletion
When we receive a valid deletion request, we will:
- Delete your account and all associated data from our Firebase database within 30 days
- Remove your Facebook page access token and any associated Facebook Page data stored within our systems, so we can no longer publish to or retrieve data from your page
- Confirm deletion to you by email once it is complete
Please note that deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Any scheduled posts that have not yet published will no longer do so.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to the address below. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data quickly.

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Disconnecting Facebook only
If you want to remove your Facebook connection without deleting your full account, you can do this at any time from within the app. Go to the sidebar and select disconnect Facebook. This will immediately remove your stored page access token and stop any scheduled posts from publishing.
